- International & domestic Airfare & Airport taxes
- Any Passport & Visa Charges
- Cost granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Basic Travel Quota scheme.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange, surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Porterage, tips, insurance, laundry, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and beverages not forming part of the group menus.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in “Tour Price Inclusions”.
Special Notes:
- Indian nationals flying from Calcutta & Delhi can fly into Bhutan with their Indian identity card (eg. Election card, court affidavit) but those flying from Kathmandu need valid Indian passport. NRIs will have to pay the dollar rate same as foreigners. They need visa as well – visa processing will be same as for the foreigners.
- No Show Charges : Full charges for whole duration of stay of the passenger in case of no show or last minute cancellation on the departure date.
- We are not holding any allocations, hence hotels & airfares are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Cost and confirmation are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
- 40-20 days before departure of tour : 25% of the tour cost
- 20- 10 days before departure of tour : 50% of the tour cost
- less than 10 days before departure of tour : 100% of the tour cost

The above rates are per person basis sharing a twin room. Rates may vary during Christmas, New Year or any other special events, if any, & surcharges will be applicable. The above rates are valid for Indian Nationals only. There is no refund for any unutilized service, if any. Prices are subject to change without notice. International standard check in time is 1400 hrs and check out is at 1200 hrs. All sightseeing tours are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation for these tours may vary. Changes, if any, shall be advised at the time of booking.
